Родился 21 декабря 1982 г.
В 2005 г. окончил с отличием факультет политических наук Алтайского государственного университета по специальности «политология» (квалификация: политолог, преподаватель).
В 2002-2005 гг. являлся стипендиатом Президента Российской Федерации.
С 2005-2013 гг. и с 2017 г. — главный специалист, консультант, советник, заместитель руководителя департамента в региональном и центральном аппаратах политической партии «Единая Россия».
В 2010 г. поступил в аспирантуру на кафедру истории социально-политических учений факультета политологии МГУ имени М. В. Ломоносова.
В 2013 г. вошел в состав научной группы в целях реализации научного проекта «История русской социально-политической мысли в XXI в.: исследователи и исследования» (грант РГНФ).
С 2013-2017 гг. — ассистент кафедры истории социально-политических учений, начальник научного отдела факультета политологии МГУ имени М. В. Ломоносова.
В 2015 г. — защитил кандидатскую диссертацию.
C 2015-2017 гг. — ответственный секретарь приемной комиссии факультета политологии МГУ имени М. В. Ломоносова.
2016 г. — лауреат премии «Наследие русской мысли имени Н.А. Бердяева».
С 2016 г. — председатель АНО «Лаборатория гуманитарных проектов».
С 2016 г. – главный редактор журнала «Русская политология – Russian Political Science».
Автор более 50 научных публикаций.

Born on December 21, 1982 .
In 2005 he graduated with honors from the Faculty of Political Sciences of Altai State University with a degree in political science (qualification: political scientist, teacher).
In 2002-2005 he was a scholarship holder of the President of the Russian Federation.
From 2005-2013 and since 2017 — Chief specialist, consultant, adviser, deputy head of the department in the regional and central offices of the political party «United Russia».
In 2010, he entered postgraduate studies at the Department of the History of Socio-Political Doctrines of the Faculty of Political Science of Lomonosov Moscow State University.
In 2013, he joined the scientific group in order to implement the scientific project «The History of Russian socio-political thought in the XXI century: researchers and research».
From 2013-2017 . — Assistant of the Department of History of Socio-Political Doctrines, Head of the Scientific Department of the Faculty of Political Science of Lomonosov Moscow State University.
In 2015, he defended his PhD thesis.
From 2015-2017 — Executive Secretary of the Admission Committee of the Faculty of Political Science of Lomonosov Moscow State University.
2016 — Winner of the N.A. Berdyaev Heritage of Russian Thought Award.
Since 2016 — Chairman of the ANO «Laboratory of Humanitarian Projects».
Since 2016 – Editor–in-chief of the journal «Russian Political Science».
Author of more than 50 scientific publications.
